Subscription Cancellation Policy

Womple Studios LLC ("Womple Studios", "us" or "we") offers subscription products for purchase (each, a “Subscription”) for regularly timed shipments of certain items. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and without fee. By cancelling a Subscription, you stop that Subscription from automatically renewing on the next billing date; any remaining shipments on your Subscription will continue to be delivered unless you specifically request otherwise by reaching out to us at help at womplestudios dot com. You will not be refunded for purchases or orders already made and Womple Studios does not accept returns for Subscription items or WompleBox Activity Kit items. In order to cancel your Subscription, you must (a) create an online account, log into the account, and follow the given instructions to cancel your subscription; or (b) contact us at help at womplestudios dot com for assistance.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

With the exception noted below and unless indicated on a product's individual product page, products may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery date. Customers pay return shipping fees and original shipping costs are not refunded. Item must be returned and arrive back to us in new, unopened condition for exchange or refund.

We do not accept or allow returns, exchanges, or substitutions of Subscriptions, WompleBox, or Activity Kit products ("WompleBox Products"), and do not provide refunds for WompleBox Products. All sales on WompleBox Products are final. If there is a problem with an order, please reach out to us at help at womplestudios dot com for assistance and include your name, order number, and description of problem.

Damaged or Incomplete Shipments

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incomplete shipment of any Product, please contact us immediately at help at womplestudios dot com. We must receive notice of a damaged or incomplete shipment within one (1) week of delivery date as determined by any available shipment tracking information. Any replacements of products are made solely in our discretion.
