Make Your Own Watermelon Agua Fresca

Looking for a refreshing and kid-friendly drink for summer? Don't worry we found one for you! Aguas Frescas (Spanish for "cool waters" or "fresh waters") are a refreshing beverage the whole family can have! This drink has been around since the pre-Columbian era several centuries ago. In the 1940's it was a popular street-market staple sold on street carts! A few common fruits to include are mango, pears, passion fruit, strawberry, pineapple, cucumber, and guava and today we are making a Watermelon Agua Fresca!

  • 4 cups of watermelon
  • Lemon juice from 1 lemon
